Stepan grew up in Athens, Greece but has since moved to New York City to pursue a career in design and engineering. Currently, he is working as a Design Engineer at Tesla's Vehicle Engineering Interiors team.

He graduated from Cooper Union as a mechanical engineer and has developed a great interest in product development and industrial design. His near-future goals are to continue to take on new engineering challenges and work on products that will impact and benefit people's lives. He is passionate about the way product design allows him to combine his creativity and engineering skills to solve problems and develop a product from the ground up.
