The letter opener was designed to mimic the client's product, as it is a giveaway item to be used as a marketing tool.

The letter opener consists of two separate injection molded parts, with the blade insert molded into one of them. The project was done in collaboration with an overseas manufacturing partner to optimize the design for their processes.
